If an item arrives and it appears to be damaged, please fill out the claim form online right away so that we can receive it and start an investigation with the courier immediately. Once we receive your claim form online, we will make the proper arrangements to have a new item shipped to you at no extra cost. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged box/item as you may be asked to return it back to us and it may also be needed for the courier to investigate. Also, please be aware that in some cases, if the box is slightly damaged, it does not necessarily mean that the contents are damaged as well. Please be certain that there is internal damage before proceeding with a claim.A picture is necessary to start this process and to file a claim on your behalf. A picture of both the box as well as the content must be submitted.
